So.. I've been in a few fandoms now. And I've always happily read all and any pairings, and I've always been quite happy not to have an OTP.
But I think I may have developed one, sort of. Kind of like one develops an infection, yes :/
It's Sam & Dean. I am sort of no longer liking the fics where they are not together. I used to say "as long as everyone ends up happy by the end, I don't care who ends up with whom". But I think now maybe I do. Care. I've been fatally convinced that they are better off as a couple, and that all other people are only second best, settling because they can't have what they really want/need. Sigh.
Not that I am suddenly opposed to hot threesomes. Like, you know,
Sam/Dean/cherry pie ...or like ones where Jess lives and the three of them get together. Jessica Moore is sort of the Cedric Diggory of Supernatural. She is awesome and the fics with her in them are awesome, but the sad of knowing that she will die a horrible death and that it will always be a scar on Sam's soul.... [/purlish emo-ing] ...anyway, so it's always great to see people write her as surviving. Yey.
..I'm still totally OK with all kinds of RPs pairings, though, so that's a relief... erm..
